- GeoRestrictionPage: the New Rule dialog now ticks multiple scopes with a per-scope item panel and per-scope action, so targets are released before the wanted one is ticked and items are picked inside their scope's panel
- Transaction geo specs updated to the reworked picker signatures
- Fixture product setup spec and fixtureData.json to stage a dedicated QA product; geo cleanup and quotation inspection helper specs kept
- playwright.config: HEADLESS=1/CI flips headless, window-size for headless
- CustomerCare/VendorCare: capture leading-digit mobile and created records
- Remove tests/seed.spec.ts (generator agent scaffold no longer used)
